Why Are We The Elite?

We Are Licensed and

All of our locations are licensed and insured for your protection. We take the invitation to your home very seriously and so should you when you choose someone to come and perform a service at your home.

We Properly Sanitize

What does that mean? It means that we properly clean our equipment and shoes between each job that we do. Contagious viruses such as parvovirus can be spread from house to house if tools are not properly cleaned. This is also a good reason to think twice about hiring the kid down the street to clean your yard.

Notifications and Automation

We keep you informed every step of the way. You will get text message reminders on the day of service and another one about 10-20 minutes before we arrive. We also have a client hub with hassle free, automated online billing so you don't have to think about it.

High Visibility

We wear bright orange for a reason. We want you to know exactly who is at your property and what they are there for. No one likes to wonder who that person is walking around their yard.

WHO ARE WE

What We Do?

We are Jamie and Ashley Coones and we founded the Poo Squad in Manhattan, Kansas in January of 2017.  We saw a need in the market for a high-quality pooper scooper service that customers could come to really rely on. We wanted to take a remedial job that you beg and plead for your kids/spouse to do that they rarely actually do and turn it into a professional service.  We made the decision very early on that if dog poop pick up service is what we were going to do, we were going to be the absolute best at it, and make sure that our customer service experience was second to none.  We have certainly had our growing pains but I think we have achieved the goal of being the elite dog waste pick up service in the country.  I think our customers agree, just read our Facebook and Google reviews.
 
As people have started to take notice, we have had interest in expanding our brand.  Our philanthropic work in the community, branding and customer service have been highlighted several times and to our excitement, other people around the country have shown interest in starting their own Poo Squad poop scoop service location.  After careful consideration and a careful vetting process, we have decided to expand into areas across the country with some great partners!  You can check them out by selecting their locations above.

We have been using Poo Squad for awhile now, I believe shortly after the company started, and they have been wonderful! I'm sure most people think it's no big deal to go out and pick up your yard yourself, but what a relief to just have it done! It's so much easier for me to have a reliable person, on a schedule, come to my house weekly and knock it out so I don't have to drag my toddlers outside and hope that they stay out of the way while I try to do it. I love this service. Being in the military is hard and often times we can't do the little things like picking up poo! They are on time and professional! You don't have to be there when they come and they do a great job! I recommend them and will continue to use them.
