Deodorizing works best on a yard that is already being kept clean, because fresh waste will keep feeding the smell. That is why most customers add it to their weekly or twice weekly scooping rather than booking it on its own. The scooping removes the waste, and the treatment takes care of what the waste left behind.

Surfaces that hold odor the longest

Not every surface lets go of odor the same way. Grass and healthy soil recover fastest once the source is gone. Mulch and pea gravel trap residue between the pieces, so the smell lingers in exactly the spots dogs return to.
