Starting with a walk of the property

Every commercial scope starts with the ground itself. We look at where residents and visitors actually walk their dogs, which is rarely where a site plan says they will: the strip along the parking lot, the edge of the retention pond, the patch of grass by the mailboxes. Those are the spots that decide whether a community looks cared for, so those are the spots the scope is built around.

From there we agree on a schedule, the areas covered, and whether pet waste stations are part of the job. You get a clear scope in writing, and the service runs to it.

Choosing a frequency

The right frequency depends on how many dogs use the property and how visible the common areas are. A small community with a handful of dogs may be well served once a week. A large apartment community with a busy dog run, or a hotel with a pet friendly lawn by the entrance, often needs more. We would rather set the schedule to what the property actually needs than sell a number of visits that does not fit.

Waste stations

Stations only work when they are kept up. A station that is out of bags or overflowing teaches residents to stop using it, and the waste ends up on the lawn instead. When stations are part of the scope, we restock and empty them on the same visit as the sweep, so they are never the reason a property looks neglected.

Working around residents, guests, and staff

Our team works in bright orange and drives branded trucks, so residents know who is on the grounds and why. We keep a low profile around pools, patios, and entrances during busy hours, and we follow whatever check in rules your property has for vendors.
