Terms and Conditions for Poo Squad’s Premier Dog Poop Pickup Services

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal service from Poo Squad.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

Poo Squad will come to your home and remove the dog waste at whatever frequency you subscribe to (daily, 3 times a week, 2 times a week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

We have a minimum service charge of $10 for any visit. All pricing is based on a backyard size of 1/8th of an acre. Yards larger than this will incur an additional charge based on size. If you would like your front yard cleaned also, this will be an additional charge based on size.

There is a first-time clean-up fee of $35 plus $15 per additional 5-gallon bucket removed.
Upon scheduling, the first-time clean-up fee of $35 will automatically be charged to your card.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD

It is your responsibility to ensure that Poo Squad has access to the area that needs to be cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not present in the yard.

If we arrive and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or unsafe conditions, we will skip your visit and return on your next scheduled service day.

ROCKS

If the area being cleaned contains rocks, an additional fee of $3 per visit will apply.

LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND TALL GRASS

We will always do our best to thoroughly clean your yard. However, tall grass, leaves, or excessive debris may make it difficult to locate all waste. If an excessive amount is missed, please notify us promptly and we will address the issue.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Poo Squad operates as a monthly subscription service. We work in rain and cold when safe but do not operate during severe thunderstorms, flooding, or heavy snow accumulation.

We do not offer refunds for weather-related missed visits. Service will resume on your next scheduled visit.

HOLIDAYS

Poo Squad recognizes the following holidays:

• Tuesday through Friday of Thanksgiving week
• The week between Christmas and New Year’s Day

If your pickup falls on one of these days, it will be skipped without refund and resume on your next scheduled service day.

BILLING

You must maintain an up-to-date credit or debit card on file.

Poo Squad pre-bills monthly. Your card will be charged on the same date each month as your signup date.

If payment fails, service will be discontinued until resolved. If more than 30 days pass between cleanings, a first-time clean-up fee will apply.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Cleaning dog waste from rocks ($3/visit)
• Yards larger than 1/8 acre
• Front yard cleaning
• Decks/patios/sidewalk cleaning ($5/visit)
• Loose stool on a recurring basis ($1/pile)

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SMS Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Poo Squad, you can expect to receive service-related communication and appointment confirmation messages regarding your dog waste removal services.

You will receive appointment reminders and confirmation messages as needed.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to opt out.

Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT

By accessing or using this website and services provided by Poo Squad, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18 years old, you may not use this website, submit personal information, or opt in to receive SMS communications without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Poo Squad reserves the right to restrict access to its services or terminate usage if we determine that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement.

DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for business-related communications from Poo Squad.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS subscriber information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

REVISIONS
